After working for an entire week, today is my rest day.
I've been quite distracted last week. Sleep late. Insufficient sleep together with crazy amount of workload made me like living dead. Most of the time I was in a status 'Physically present, mentally absent'. Got to be professional the coming week. Sleep early to retain /maintain /safeguard my beauty.
I stayed home and tried to finish some of my work. The beautiful sun is none of my business.
Wanna go to the countryside to enjoy the fresh air and relax the stressful mind.

'Physically present, mentally absent'I know what you mean.. Over the past few weeks in Manila, I too can't seem to find the differentiation between weekend and weekstart..
Sleeping is a luxury which few of us have. Perhaps you might want to try sleeping in bursts... like 15/20 mins at a stretch.. helps me get really fresh.. might help you too.

Continuing with my previous comment, I did a bit more Googling and I came across this article. According to it, "Grabbing an hour's sleep during the day may be as beneficial as a whole night in bed, according to scientists."
